How to prepare?
Bring water (150-160ml) to boil up to 85-90 degrees Celcius.
Turn off the flame. Pour hot water on 1 teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves and let it brew for 4-5 minutes.
Filter out leaves to pour hot tea.
Note
Tea will turn bitter if in fused longer than the suggested time.
Milk & sugar are not recommended.
